Order Confirmation and Final Site Measure

An order is not considered to be confirmed until all required specifications have been received and all required documents have been signed. We are not able to confirm and forward your order to our Production Department until the site is ready for final measurements. It is critical that the site be measured to verify the space available for the cabinets and (if applicable) to verify the exact placement for electrical needs. Final site measures are conducted by DM personnel generally after framing, plumbing and electrical rough in have been completed.

Once your order is confirmed, every effort is made to complete the order in a timely and professional manner. Based on the information available at the time, we offer a predicted installation date, which is usually 5 to 7 weeks following order confirmation. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, delays do occur.
